1. How can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order by calling our customer support at +91 63749 11682 or by contacting us via chat.

⚠️ Please note: Once order processing has started, cancellation will not be possible, as seafood items are freshly prepared.


2. Can I edit my order?

Once an order is placed, it cannot be edited (adding or removing items is not permitted).

If changes are required, please:

  • Cancel the order within 15 minutes of placing it
  • Place a new order with the correct items

3. Is there a minimum order value?

No. There is no minimum order value.
You can place an order of any amount.


4. What are the delivery charges?

Scheduled Delivery

  • ₹39 per order

Express Delivery

  • ₹50 per order

Elite Members

Scheduled Delivery

  • Free for orders ₹299 & above
  • ₹10 for orders below ₹299

Express Delivery (30 minutes)

  • ₹50 for orders below ₹249
  • ₹29 for orders between ₹249 – ₹499
  • ₹19 for orders ₹499 & above

Express Delivery (60 minutes)

  • ₹50 for orders below ₹149
  • ₹25 for orders ₹149 & above

5. What are the available delivery slots?

You can choose from multiple delivery slots between 7:00 AM and 8:30 PM:

  • 7:00 AM – 8:30 AM
  • 8:00 AM – 9:30 AM
  • 9:00 AM – 10:30 AM
  • 10:00 AM – 11:30 AM
  • 11:00 AM – 12:30 PM
  • 12:00 PM – 1:30 PM
  • 2:00 PM – 3:30 PM
  • 3:00 PM – 4:30 PM
  • 4:00 PM – 5:30 PM
  • 5:00 PM – 6:30 PM
  • 6:00 PM – 7:30 PM
  • 7:00 PM – 8:30 PM

6. What are your delivery timings?

Our delivery timings are 7:00 AM to 8:30 PM, with multiple convenient slots available throughout the day.


7. How can I use the UPI payment option?

You can use UPI in two ways:

  1. Online Payment (Pay Now):
    Complete the payment online until the order is marked Out for Delivery (OFD).
  2. UPI on Delivery:
    Once the delivery executive reaches your location, ask them to show the QR code from the Greenyfish.store Rider App.
    You can scan it using Google Pay, PhonePe, or PayTM for a smooth COD experience.

8. Can I use Rewards Cash and Wallet Cash in the same order?

Yes.

  • You can redeem Rewards Cash up to ₹75 on orders of ₹349 & above
  • The remaining amount can be paid using Wallet Cash

9. Refer & Earn Program

How it works:

  1. Download the Greenyfish.store app
  2. Select Invite & Earn
  3. Invite friends via WhatsApp, Facebook, Twitter, Messenger, Gmail, or SMS
  4. Your friend gets ₹150 discount on their first order
  5. You receive 150 reward points once your friend completes the order

10. Online Payments

Is my card information safe?

Yes. All online payments are processed through PCI-DSS certified secure payment gateways.
We do not store your card details.

Are there any extra charges for online payments?

No. We do not charge any additional fees for online payments.

My bank is not listed. How can I pay?

You can pay using:

  • Credit / Debit Cards
  • UPI
  • Online Wallets
  • Cash on Delivery (COD)

11. Reward Points Program

How it works

  • Earn 1% cashback on your first order of the week
  • Shop → Earn Rewards → Repeat

Terms & Conditions

  • Cashback is credited as Greenyfish Rewards Cash to your registered mobile number
  • Cashback is calculated on the net order value after discounts and redeemed rewards
  • 1 Reward Cash = ₹1
  • Rewards must be redeemed within 45 days from the date of credit
  • Unused rewards after 45 days will expire automatically
  • Up to ₹50 Rewards Cash can be redeemed on orders of ₹349 & above (excluding delivery charges)

Redemption Method

  • Retail Orders: Inform the cashier before billing
  • Online Orders:
    • App/Mobile Site: Select rewards in the Cart Summary
    • Website: Select rewards in the Payment Details section
