Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to orders placed on https://greenyfish.store/ operated by GREENY TRADERS PRO (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).


1. Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation of an order by contacting customer support at +91 63749 11682 or through available chat support.

Cancellation Eligibility

Orders can only be cancelled before processing or preparation begins.

As seafood products are freshly cleaned, packed, and prepared immediately after order confirmation, cancellation requests may not be accepted once processing has started.

GREENY TRADERS PRO reserves the right to determine cancellation eligibility based on the order status.


2. Order Modification

Once an order is placed, items cannot be:

  • Added
  • Removed
  • Edited
  • Replaced

If modifications are required, customers are advised to:

  • Cancel the order within 15 minutes of placing it (if eligible)
  • Place a new order with the correct items

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be initiated under the following circumstances:

  • Order cancelled before processing
  • Failed online payment with amount deducted
  • Incorrect items delivered
  • Missing items in the order
  • Damaged or spoiled products received
  • Order not delivered due to operational failure from our side

Refund requests are subject to verification and approval by GREENY TRADERS PRO.


4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

  • Order cancellation after processing/preparation has started
  • Incorrect delivery address provided by customer
  • Customer unavailable at delivery location
  • Delay caused due to circumstances beyond our control
  • Dissatisfaction based on personal taste preference
  • Minor packaging variations that do not affect product quality

5. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method used during purchase.

Refund timelines may vary depending on the payment provider or banking partner.

Estimated timelines:

  • UPI / Wallet Refunds: 2–5 business days
  • Credit/Debit Card Refunds: 5–10 business days
  • Net Banking Refunds: 5–7 business days

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed through:

  • Bank transfer
  • UPI transfer
  • Wallet credit

Customers may be asked to provide valid bank or UPI details.


6. Reporting Issues

Customers must report delivery or product-related issues within 2 hours of delivery.

  • Issue description
  • Relevant photos/videos if applicable

Failure to report within the specified timeline may result in rejection of the claim.


7. Failed Transactions

In cases where payment is deducted but the order is not confirmed:

  • The amount is generally auto-reversed by the payment provider
  • Refund timelines depend on the customer’s bank/payment provider

If the amount is not reversed within the expected timeline, customers may contact support.


8. Company Rights

GREENY TRADERS PRO reserves the right to:

  • Reject fraudulent refund claims
  • Request supporting proof before approving refunds
  • Modify or update this policy without prior notice
