Delivery availability is subject to:
- Pin code serviceability
- Slot availability
- Product availability
- Operational feasibility
We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or refuse delivery to certain areas without prior notice.
2. Delivery Timings & Slots
Deliveries are available between:
7:00 AM and 8:30 PM
Customers may select available delivery slots during checkout.
To avail scheduled delivery, orders must be placed at least 15 minutes before the selected slot start time.
Delivery slots are subject to availability and may change due to:
- High order volumes
- Weather conditions
- Traffic or operational delays
- Other unforeseen circumstances
3. Delivery Charges

- Express Delivery: ₹50 per order

Express Delivery (30 Minutes)
- ₹50 for orders below ₹249
- ₹29 for orders between ₹249 – ₹499

Express Delivery (60 Minutes)
- ₹50 for orders below ₹149
- ₹25 for orders ₹149 & above
Applicable delivery charges are displayed during checkout.
All delivery charges are non-refundable except in cases where delivery is cancelled by GREENY TRADERS PRO.
4. Order Processing
Orders are processed immediately after confirmation to ensure fresh cleaning, packing, and delivery of seafood products.
Once processing or preparation begins:
- Orders cannot be cancelled
- Orders cannot be modified
Processing times may vary depending on:
- Product availability
- Order volume
- Delivery slot selected
- Operational conditions
5. Delivery Attempt & Customer Availability
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing accurate delivery information
- Being available at the selected delivery location and time
If the customer:
- Is unavailable
- Cannot be contacted
- Provides an incorrect or incomplete address
then:
- The order may be cancelled without refund
- Redelivery may not be possible for perishable items
Delivery personnel may wait only for a limited duration before marking the delivery as unsuccessful.
6. Order Handover & Acceptance
Customers are requested to verify the order at the time of delivery.
Once the order is accepted and handed over, GREENY TRADERS PRO shall not be responsible for:
- Improper storage
- Mishandling of products
- Quality deterioration due to delayed refrigeration or usage
Issues related to:
- Missing items
- Incorrect products
- Damaged packaging
must be reported within 2 hours of delivery.

Delivery timelines may be affected due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

- Floods or heavy rainfall
- Traffic disruptions

In such situations, GREENY TRADERS PRO shall not be held liable for delays, failed deliveries, or temporary suspension of services.
